September 21st., 2000-Aluminum Supply Co., Inc. Vice President Nancy Marshall-Kozdron was installed as President of the National Association of Women in Construction-Detroit Chapter. Mrs. Marshall-Kozdron, pictured below has been a member of NAWIC for over 15 years.

 NAWIC is an international organization founded in 1955 to promote and support women the advancement and employment of women in the construction industry. They boast 6,500 members worldwide and are believed to affect all of the  1,000,000 women in the construction industry.
